Invoice Nirvana

Sometime in the future, all invoices from your suppliers will by miraculous means be booked directly into your accounts payable. Untouched by man. Already approved. 100% correct. And with all the specifications you'll ever need.

Not quite there yet

We are not quite there yet — in invoice Nirvana. But we are getting closer every day, with solutions like e-invoicing based on EDIFACT or XML.

Not everything will be e-invoiced

In some industries the adoption of e-invoicing is fast. In others slower. And even where it's fast, there is a remaining portion of invoices to be handled — either from emailed PDFs, or all the way from paper.

Your own service center

If you expect that the volume of invoices, you have to handle 'manually' — that is from paper or PDF's — is stable or at least predictable in the years to come, it may make perfect sense to establish your own 'service center' for scanning and extracting information from these invoices.

We have great solutions for that, and decades of experience implementing them at customers. And trust me — no one can do extraction better that your staff, once the software and the staff are trained.

Invoice data as a service

If, however, you expect the amount of invoices on paper and PDF to be declining. And maybe you are even uncertain how fast it will happen. Then maybe — only maybe — you should consider leaving it to us.

The difference is knowledge

You may have heard about scanning services before. And yes, they may be good enough for scanning correspondence, or simple invoices where little or no data is to be extracted. The combination of software and cheap unskilled labor does not provide the data quality you need. That's not what Next CloudScan is all about. If this is your need, stick with them, and pass on the result to Next once they are done.
Next CloudScan is not only great software, endless fine-tuning, but also highly skilled industry knowledgeable operators that handles the exceptions — almost as good as your own people.

Not for everyone

As stated before, Next CloudScan is not for everyone. And even if you may think it's for you, we may think differently. For us to provide the service at a satisfactory level, we need to secure that we have the industry knowledge to make the difference. Otherwise we'd be just another scanning service.
